Audience Flow – This might be used to describe whether viewers continue watching a channel or program, after the programming they've been watching ends (or after the commercials finish.) The theory is that completed programs, as well as commercial breaks, can disturb/interrupt the viewing experience. Television producers typically don’t want any members of their audience leaving their program, even temporarily. While 2-screen interactive TV is in this category, single-screen interactive TV is less of concern as viewers interact directly through their television system, thus they're less likely to stop watching the programming.
