Communications Service (PCS)
- Any of several types of wireless, voice and/or data communications
systems most often used to provide services similar to advanced
cellular mobile or paging. The name was designated by the FCC
for second generation digital wireless service in the United States,
operating in the 1900 MHz frequency range.
