TV Board - (TV Tuner Card) - A printed circuit board (expansion board) that contains a TV tuner. Its TV signal source comes from an antenna or cable as is the case with a TV set. It's inserted into the computer along with accompanying software. The software is used to change channels as well as create a video window that's displayed along with other windows on the viewing screen.  Most use the term "TV Tuner Card" instead.
