tools collection suite that's based on the programming language
BASIC. The toolkit is an add-on to the Visual Basic 6.0
development environment. Through device emulation you can build interactive
TV
applications on the desktop, whether you actually have the device
it's being built for or not. Windows CE Toolkit was/is
needed to develop many applications for
