ACADIA - (Please check with Motorola's Horizon Program for any updates to this definition):

(1) The ACADIA Application Integration Center is a wholly owned subsidiary of Motorola Broadband and is the supporting facility for the Horizon Program. The ACADIA validation is used as a benchmark for broadband network operators as they choose software, content and applications to deliver to their subscribers. The ACADIA Application Integration Center provides resources and expertise to take applications and other software solutions from prototype to commercial deployment. ACADIA is an independent development and integration entity, with a staff dedicated to supporting Motorola's Horizon Program.

(2) Association for Computer Aided Design In Architecture (short: ACADIA) is a non-profit organization active in the area of Computer Aided Architectural Design (CAAD).
