ECMA Internet Scripting - (a.k.a. ECMAScript) - A technology that might be used in conjunction with HTML to make digital television enhancements. The script was based on the standards established by the European Computer Manufacturers Association. ECMAScript might be used to add features to web pages and is a component of Microsoft JScript 1.1.
