- (1) Certain non-American
organizations offering streaming video on the web. (The picture
frame is small hence the term "Tiny TV"). (2) Commercial electronic
media outlets including television and radio stations, even cable and
sometimes satellite channels, that don't register themselves with
the appropriate authorities. These are/were big in
the post-communism world.
